Terms of Services
GENERAL
✦ Artworks and designs may not be used for any activities involving NFTs,
blockchain technology, or AI-related projects.✦ Purchasing a design grants you a license to use the design,
while I retain copyright and intellectual property rights.✦ Designs acquired through monetary transactions may be resold by the buyer.
However, designs obtained through trades, gifts, exchanges, or giveaways may not be resold.✦ Designs must not be resold for a higher price than originally purchased unless additional artwork or value has been added.✦ If a client breaches any of these terms, engages in harassment, scams, theft, chargebacks, or fails to make payments, I reserve the right to ban the client and revoke rights to the design.✦ Clients may request revisions at any point without any additional charges until lineart.✦ I am allowed to post all commissions to my social media. If you want me to keep it secret until certain date, you will have to pay a fee (NDA).✦ Do not commission me if you want me to change my art style or mimic someone else's.
USE
✦ You may use the commissioned design for personal or commercial purposes if commercial rights are purchased.✦ Please give credit to me (your artist) when sharing or using the design.✦ Do not claim the artwork or design as your own creation.✦ Redistribution, tracing, or editing of the design without consent is not allowed.✦ Contact me for any major changes or edit to be made after completion (This includes using the design to be made into a vtuber model).
USAGE RIGHTS
When commissionning me, you can choose the license that fits your needs (Personal rights and monetized are always included for my character designs, outfit designs, and adoptables. If you wish to make merch of the designs please pay the additionnal commercial fee):✦. Personal Rights (included in base price)
Use the design for yourself only.
You may post art of the character, or write stories.
Cannot be used for streaming, monetized projects, or merchandise.✦. Monetized Rights (+ license upgrade)
Includes all personal rights.
Allows use of the design for monetized activities such as:
VTubing / streaming
Content creation (YouTube, Twitch, etc.)
Patreon or other paywalled content
Does not include merch production rights.✦. Commercial Rights (Merch) (+ additional license fee)
Includes all monetized rights.
Allows production and sale of merchandise using the design (stickers, keychains, prints, plushies, apparel, etc.).Commercial license IS +100% of the base price.
REFUNDS
✦ Full 100% Refunds are only available before work has started or if I am unable to complete the commission.✦ No refunds will be given after the sketch is approved or once work has proceeded past the sketch phase.✦ Refunds will not be granted due to dissatisfaction if the artwork follows the approved sketch and reference materials.✦ If there are any problems with the final result, please message me.✦ If you do issue a chargeback on one of my services, without discussing it with me beforehand, I have the right to resell whatever was sent to you and make profit off of it. You will be blacklisted.
GIVEAWAYS
✦ Any designs obtained through giveaways are not permitted for sale.
✦ Credit is necessary.
✦ No edit / Redesign should be made without my approval (This includes making it into a vtuber model).
SKEBS
✦ Any designs made from my Surprise me character design are permitted for redesign/edits to better suit your taste.
✦ Credit is necessary for the original design.
✦ The design itself is not allowed to be sold for more than what you paid for it.
ADOPTABLES✦ Upon purchase, you will receive full personal and monetized rights to the character design. You may tweak small details (hairstyle, accessories, minor markings) without extra charge.✦ If you would like the design adjusted to better suit your taste**, I offer a minor redesign add-on for +15€.
This includes:
Color palette adjustments
Outfit changes / alternate clothing
Small design tweaks for personalization
❌ This does not include full reworks — the original core concept will remain recognizable.✦ Please do not
Claim the original artwork or base design as your own creation.
Resell the character for more than you purchased unless extra commissioned art is included (please price fairly).
Use the design for AI training/datasets without explicit permission.✦ All adoptable sales are final — no refunds once the design is delivered.
✦ You are free to give your new character a name, lore, and personality — make them your own!

Most Asked Questions
1. What does the Wait List means on VGEN?
➼ ✦ It means your commission will start the month of the Wait-List, you can however send a request at any time but the proposal will be sent on the 1st of that month. (Ex: Wait list September, I will start and send the proposal on the 1st of September, but you can send your request in August)2. If the commissions are closed for the month, can I still order a rush fee?
➼ ✦ I always keep an extra rush slot for the month, but please contact me beforehand.3. I forgot to add an add-on to my request, how do I pay?
➼ ✦ Please send any extras though my Kofi until I set up my VGEN fully.4. I don't have a moodboard or anything and still want to order a character design, is it possible?
